19 Baby Is here!Posted by: JoseI'm glad to introduce to you
James Antonio Samayoa, the newest addition to our little family. James
was born March 18th 2005, weighing 6 pounds 8 ounces. Being 20.5"
long, he is a very happy, healthy baby. Here are some pictures:

10 Jose's TurnPosted by: JenniferToday it's Jose who's sick in bed. Again, causes are
overtiredness. Sam cried all night, and Jose has a much harder
time sleeping through that sort of thing than I do. So he had no
sleep last night, and that just makes him sick. His alarm went off
this morning, and he just couldn't do it. In fact, while I was
having breakfast downstairs, the phone rang, and it was Jose on his cell
telling me he couldn't even get out of bed. Poor guy. I'm
tired, but not doing too badly. I'm going to go home at lunch to
see how he's doing, and to play with the puppy for a bit because he'll
need it, and Jose won't be up to it. Mar
09 Not much time nowPosted by: JoseIt's getting close, and I can tell. Some days I have the feeling that I'm not going to make it until March 26. I don't know why, maybe it's just my fear of going into labour at school. Everyone pray that the baby doesn't come early! I spent Monday at home sick. I wasn't sick sick, meaning I wasn't throwing up with the flu or anything, but I woke up feeling sick to my stomach, and I had a bad headache. I was just overtired, and needed to rest, which I did. I slept most of Monday, and felt about 1000 times better by the time I went back to work on Tuesday, and it looks like it's paid off for the rest of the week too. Despite sleeping all day on Monday, I still slept well that night, which goes to show how tired I really was. It was nice, Sam and I cuddled and slept the day away. Everyone should have a chance to do that once in awhile. You just need a sweet little puppy like mine. Mar
07 1 baby home 1 to goPosted by: JenniferPuppy came home on Friday night. Overall he has been very well
behaved. We haven't had to use papers and he has only had a couple of
little accidents. He is really smart, we already taught him how to
sit We took him to Medicine Hat with us on Saturday where he was
admired by all. We are very impressed with his easygoing manner.
He let everybody play with him, and he didn't get nervous or scared.
I think he loved being the center of attention. He also enjoyed
following his uncle Buddy around, and Buddy was really good with him
too. We are getting some practice at being woken up at strange
hours because he has cried a little bit at night. But that's to be
expected. He is very sweet and we are enjoying him greatly.

03 Puffiness is so not coolPosted by: JenniferI'm feeling particularly pregnant today. My feet and ankles are
swollen, my back hurts, I have a headache, and I'm tired. The last
two nights in a row have not been great for sleeping. I'm just not
comfortable, and my sinuses are quite plugged up so that makes it extra
hard to sleep. Up until recently, the only sign I was pregnant was
my growing tummy. I still feel pretty good, considering I'm over 8
months pregnant, but it is catching up to me. Oh well, only 23
days until due date! Mar
01 March is herePosted by: JenniferWell, the month we've all been waiting for is here. People ask
me if I'm hoping the baby will come early. My answer to that is
NO! I have too much to do in the next three weeks. My
classroom is nowhere close to being ready for someone else to come
into. It's a mess, and I have some loose ends to tie up with a
bunch of units. It would be great if my replacement could come in
and start with brand new units in April. We'll see though.
Besides work, puppy is coming, we're going to Medicine Hat for a baby
shower, and there's still some stuff to get for the baby.
